“I cannot believe I’m writing a review on a post office but WOW. They’re seriously SO patient… SO nice… I’m befuddled. Felt like I was in the twilight zone. I simply had a package to drop off but there was a family ahead of me as well and the level of kindness and patience the lady displayed in helping them make their appt for passport stuff etc was mind boggling… I literally just saved this as my go-to post office”
“My experience was amazing. I went for passport renewal and it was all wrong. Thanks to experience of Kalpesh Sir, he told me that the form I had were wrong and then he guided to me to complete and submit the entire passport renewal process from scratch. It took 3 and a half hours but he ensured that I submitted the correct application and documents as required by the process. i am and will always be highly obliged towards him. Thank you Kalpesh ji.

“I had never used ShipX until I ordered from Temu. I believe they sent me a text or email letting me know my order was being delivered that day. I realized this company has never been to my address and would need the code to get into the community. I was able to send them a text with the necessary details. It was an awesome experience.”

I got here to collect my package that was delivery-missed and the checkout was pretty smooth and seamless. The service person was also kind and got the checkout process done quickly. Wonder why there are so many negative reviews.”
“Went to the usps office . Fantastic location. Right on route one… lots of parking outside.. we actually came here to take some printouts and some phtocopies , but they do not do that service ! Wish they had color printouts like UPS.. hope they also add notary services.
Otherwise this place is good. Regular postal services are perfectly good… just that my purpose was not solved.. 4 stars .”
“I've only lived here for six weeks at this address there was major problems with my address and not getting any mail but when I started not getting the packages I paid for that was a problem. My mail carrier Bob the supervisor Brett and the postmaster at the other location Natalia they fixed me they found all my stuff and brought it to me within 24 hours. And if that's not all I even got a phone call and I have never ever had a post office take care of a customer the way they took care of me. I am in the wow factor. Thanks guys I appreciate you so much.”

“Just like others, reading the reviews really had me worried, but my experience was pretty great and I thought I would share it to reassure others IKEA shopping.NAL helped with a move to New York thru IKEA. Customer service was very responsive and easy to get a hold of in my experience. After the directing machine, you are taken straight to an agent, which I appreciate. You don’t want to call the NAL number from google but instead one that IKEA gives you.My apt had strict 9-5 move-in hours and required a COI. NAL turned around a COI over email within 24 hours, and calling customer service let me provide my 4-hour timeframe preference to accommodate my building’s move-in hours. They did say it was not guaranteed that scheduling would work out this way, but I got lucky maybe.My only issue with NAL is that I called ahead to request a 12-4 time slot, and it seems that message was only written on 1 of the 2 deliveries (since my IKEA order was broken up into two trucks). However, it still worked out for me. The other delivery scheduled for 8AM was postponed to 9AM from calling IKEA and they arrived promptly. Movers were professional and efficient.Maybe it’s all just luck it that it all worked out smoothly for me, but I enjoyed working with NAL and would order from IKEA again if it meant working with this company.”

“I ordered a couch from IKEA, but delivery to my home wasn’t available, so I selected pickup at RXO in Edison. When I arrived, I realized I couldn’t fit all five boxes in my vehicle at once. The RXO team went above and beyond to help, loading three boxes into my car so I could make the 40-minute trip home and return for the remaining two.
Knowing the process would take some time, the warehouse manager, Kenya, gave me her work phone number and asked me to text her when I was on my way back. She made sure the remaining boxes were ready and easily accessible when I returned, making the second pickup quick and seamless.
I later learned that Kenya and the RXO staff stayed 15 minutes overtime to ensure I received all of my packages. Their professionalism, customer service, and genuine care were truly exceptional. Thank you, Kenya, and the entire RXO team, for going above and beyond. Your help was greatly appreciated!”
