As I entered the store the sales associate greeted me and was able to pull the held item quickly. She checked up on me in the fitting room and was able to get me a more appropriate size. I was so happy to buy the item and the sales associate was helpful throughout the process. She also put my item In a garment bag(when I prompted it) and they have really nice reusable garment bags!
