“Anna is the definition of customer service! She helped me find a jersey that I needed and went out of her way to see if a different Urban Outfitters had it in their store. I ended up driving to the other Urban and picking up the jersey which probably would have been sold out there unless Anna hadn’t called them to keep on hold for me. “Conveniently located in Menlo Park mall. Cant believe I never went inside this shop. I really liked it this time. Lots and lots of men’s showrooms but H&M is really affordable. Price was really good . Got some tshirts for 9.99. And the quality was good.
Service was ok. Could be better .. billing can be a bit quick . Got some tshirts and shorts for my kid and itt for him well. Spent a decent amount for clothing . Liked it overall. ??”
“I’ve visited American Eagle three times recently while searching for jeans, and every experience has been wonderful. The entire team is kind, helpful, and genuinely focused on the customer experience. Even the employees behind the register aren’t simply ringing up purchases—they take the time to answer questions and help however they can.
Jasmine really went out of her way to help me find the right jeans, and I greatly appreciated her patience and attention. I’ve also interacted with Tyler, the Store Manager, more than once. He is incredibly engaged with both his customers and his team. You can immediately tell that the store has a positive, upbeat energy and that great customer service starts with his leadership.
There was also a very sweet and helpful young man who assisted me today. Unfortunately, his name slipped my mind, but my receipt shows KT5069, and I hope he receives recognition as well.
Every employee I’ve encountered has been friendly, attentive, and connected to the customer experience. Great teamwork deserves to be acknowledged, and this entire team is doing an excellent job!”

“Located in the lower level of Macy's, Backstage is the clearance store for Macy's and Bloomingdale's. I often find worthwhile bargains here and usually quality merchandise.
This department is often unorganized, while on my last visit it was quite clean and tidy.
The service is usually quite good, although there is often only one cashier in this department and the lines can get long. You can always take any merchandise to another cashier in a different department.”
