My agent chantel was exceptional

After having issues connecting my home cameras to my 5g i contacted the general customer service number and was told to visit the closest Optimum location. And so I brought my device to this edicon location to be switched out for one that gives me an option to connect to their 2.4g and 5g. The female representative assisted me with the exchange after the initial young male representative didn't seem to be familiar with that issue. Didn't take more than 10 minutes. I was in and out. I was satisfied with the service.

We spent an hour waiting, and still, we didn’t get a problem resolved. That staff member spent 40 minutes dealing with just one person. There’s only one staff member in the store, which is wasting everyone’s time.
