Honestly, you will be better off trying a different location. I came here on Thursday at 7:43 PM for some new products and the place was already closed for the night. I don’t have a problem with you closing before 8 PM, but do not advertise you are open until 8 PM online, and even on the store door when you really are not. I came back today at 6:20 PM and the store is closed until 6:43 PM because someone is on break. Just an unserious location and you will be better off trying somewhere else.

I was at this Sally beauty salon. It is run by very respectful people. Unfortunately I saw hooligans run out of this place once with HAIR. The ladies inside tried to catch the stealers. This is not the first time in Edison, NJ. Another time, I risked my own life in a parking lot for an elderly woman. I would highly recommend more law enforcement in Edison, NJ. This county / municipality is giving the beautiful garden state a bad rep.

Daniella went above and beyond to find out from her supervisor how to get my refund back on my debit card rather than in store credit. She delivered incredible customer service from the moment I walked in, up to my departure when she welcomed me to come back and shop. As an experienced customer service trainer, I was absolutely impressed by her willingness to help me with a smile.

Way too expensive, items that I normally pay $4.99 for was marked up to $9.99, Air I'll never go there again.

the associate are really sweet and ready to help out wen needed. but the only issue i have is there's hadly any products on the shelf especially wen it come to hair color alot of the brown hair color dosent matter what brand they dont have them in stock.been going for months to see if there restock but the shelf are still empty..

This is the second time the Manager. (a Caucasian woman)has racially profiled my husband. I let the first incident go( as this manager was new then)… this incident will not be tolerated. With other customers in the store my husband was followed around as if he was a criminal , never once was he asked to be helped. The manager looked down the aisle numerous times (staring hard), yet he was never asked did he need help finding something. Again other customers were in the store (none of them were minorities) but the attention was focused on him an African American man of large stature. This incident was uncomfortable enough that my husband left the store without purchasing what he needed. I will be calling corporate, this is completely unacceptable.

Manager was rude and passive aggressive while assisting the cashier with my order. to me as a paying customer i was not happy. I decided to leave my items at the register and take my money elsewhere

I try try try to shop from that store I mean I give a chance many times! I never feel comfortable when I shopped in Edison store. They always annoyed act mostly manager like that maybe that’s why the workers gets annoyed too!!! Never come back at Edison store or if I am really don’t have to never buy anything again from Sally Beauty!!!! Never welcomed the costumers , I think first manager needs to get training how to communicate with clients!!!

The clerk was super helpful, pointing out to me right away where the nail polish thinner was. She also asked several times if I or anyone walking in needed anything and greeted everyone.

i usually go to sally beauty in the North Brunswick area but they didn’t have what i was looking for so i decided to go to Edison. Going into the store was going great so far. as i was doing my looking i overhead the manager talking terribly with a client ! just because their own daughter wears makeup at a young age. who is she to go around assuming someone’s own business. She really telling someone else how to parent. Ridiculous, i was ready to confront her but it was absolutely disgusting. Just her vibe is bad news. Never again will i go to any of the sally beauty’s if they’re accepting people like her. unacceptable. horrendously disgusting.

My husband and I walked into the store and were greeted by the one sales associate there. Within the 10 minutes we were, she asked many times what we we're looking for. I do understand this is the job of a sales associate as I too used to work as a associate. However, we were questioned so many times was a little bit concerning. Within moments after us entering the store a caucasian woman was greeted very kindly and was not harassed as to what she was looking for. I had several things I wanted to purchase however feeling uncomfortable my husband and I decided to leave. As we left I did say thank you and have a good day I received no response in return. Not too sure if she was having a bad day or if she thought we were some type of threat but I but I do not think this is the way business should be handled especially When there were only 3 people in the store and Sally beauty lost a decent size sale due to their sales associate.

We went to the Sally's in Parlin, NJ where we walked out. The next day, my daughter and I visited the Sally's in Edison, and it was a night and day experience!!! They immediately welcomed us in the store and ask if they can help. After letting the sales person know what we were looking for, she immediately went looking for the items and made good recommendations to us. We definitely will be giving our business here, they were wonderful!!!
