Got charged a late fee for a toll I was never told was unpaid by U-Haul. Made me go all the way to Edison to rent a car because they called the day of the rental saying the car wasn't available

Great Customer Service! Jeff was very helpful after calling other U haul locations and being told that they don't carry car transports , Jeff offered to make a reservation at 1800GOUHAUL even though his center din't carry them either!
