Be prepared to wait hours because they literally only have two workers and they jump around helping many people at once, which is completely unfair for people that waited their turn. 2 hours later and no phone !

Top quality service from an extremely knowledgeable person who took the time to set up my phone and tablet and answer every question I had which were alot since I'm not very tech smart. Best thing I did was switch to Verizon.

We went yesterday an hour before closing time. The woman that was there told us she can’t not assist us because she was by herself and she was already with someone and she couldn’t tell us how long she was gonna take in very rude manner. We told her that we just wanted to drop a phone that we were trading because for me with a baby is complicated to get out of the house but she said she couldn’t that we have to return next day. Very poor costumer service.
