Dealing with this company is exhausting. They are painfully incompetent and have no idea what they’re doing. Their service and customer service is unacceptable and I cannot understand how they are still in business.

If there is a way to give negative stars I will give. This is a horrible company run by mostly lazy people who will make excuses for NOT delivering. Samsung uses these. I am going to cancel the order. Worst company.
