You need all your employees to take a lesson from him. I had issues with a customer service person and was ready to leave Verizon after 23 years of being a customer. Abir is the reason I stayed with Verizon. Love him and will request him whenever I need help or to purchase new products. HE’S THE BEST.”

“I came to this store to see what they had to offer because my now previous cell phone carrier just kept raising my bill. I've never received the type of customer service from a cell phone carrier as I have from the reps in this store. Alvin, April, and Jermaine are exceptional. They took the time to make sure everything was setup correctly. My situation definitely wasn't a easy case, but they handled it with patience and complete professionalism. Not one time did I ever feel like I was being rushed even when the store became very busy. They made my family and myself feel very welcomed and important. Customer service like this would have me returning for whatever cell service I would need. The staff in this store is very wonderful and should be recognized for the amazing job that they do! I hope the right people see this and they can get the recognition they deserve.”

“I was with a different carrier that didn’t offer services at my new address. I wasn’t happy with my choice of providers but Verizon advertised a lot of changes over the years and perks.
I went to a Verizon store and was ignored until I began to walk out. I remembered there was a Verizon store right by my house. I stopped in and there were two representatives there, Nick and Ahmed. Both were very knowledgeable and explained the plans and perks. Nick helped two other customers while helping Ahmed and I. FYI, Nick should be a training instructor or supervisor. Very good people person with the knowledge to supply outstanding customer service. I lucked out that day. Ahmed was also helping me. I’m in my “golden years”, so I wasn’t born with a computer so I need instructions on some of the easier tasks. Ahmed explained a lot of features I didn’t understand but do now thanks to him. Siri was mad and not talking to me lol. Ahmed showed me my mistake in settings so Siri and I are a happy couple again. I went back to the store the next day and Brandy was the cherry on the team. Smiling all the time with a great laugh. She spent extra time with me showing me short cuts and helping me enroll in the apps in my plan. Ahmed wasn’t there for my second visit. I felt just like I was at home. I was treated like I was important and they didn’t want me to leave before all my issues were resolved. This store in Galloway is a perfect match for me. You could put these employees in a commercial. They sold me on Verizon.
