They always send you used an old food. They do not reply to messages. When you tell them that their food is bad and old. This is my third time and last time. I will never order them again. When I go back home to Bulgaria? I will shut them down for good.

Great products, except the Lukankas, which have gone down in taste in the last couple of years. The pesky and messy foam peanuts and the hicccups in the packaging are the reasons for rating of 3 stars. The Yufka flakes were crushed down to crumbs, and the Soletti sticks were broken. When the issue was communicated, the customer service representative didn't know what to do with my feedback or maybe didn't care. I will raise the stars to 4 if packaging is careful and to 5 when the messy foam peanuts are replaced by something else. It takes me 30 minutes to clean up after unpacking, plus they are not recyclable and are super bad for the environment.

LOL, They shipped perishable from NJ to Hawaii, about 5000 miles, with not even one pack of dry ice! I paid for 2 days S&H and got it 5 days AFTER it was shipped. Items were clearly marked; KEEP REFRIGERATED! If this is how they handle a $170 order I don't even want to know how they handle regular orders.

I have been ordering authentic Bulgarian food from Malincho Inc. for at least 10 years. Never ever I have experienced any problem or delay. On the contrary - delivery is fast and accurate and everything comes in a perfect condition. Very happy with Malincho Inc Service. Great company. Way to go!
