This duo is absolutely amazing!! ?They far exceeded my expectations by reaching out to me regarding my online canvas print order. My print was not in the best space for the sizing of print that I requested, so Steve called to offer solutions and for me to visit him in the store and figure it out together.Once at the store, they were both so welcoming and bright. I immediately knew this would be an awesome experience. When I came in to view the canvas print, Steve was on hand to help go over sizing dimensions and how I could best benefit from mounting this picture on canvas.After I explained my thoughts on sizing and my vision for the print (which was to 3D it with paint) was able to explain to him my design as an art piece, Steve was able to offer even more effects and sizing options to fit my needs. At the end of our brainstorming and laying out the canvas print, I was extremely happy and satisfied with my visit. “Overall a good shop in terms of capabilities offered and also pricing. But... and mind you this was many years ago and I am only just now getting around to the review... but when we had an issue with a major job and we withheld payment as a result the store banned our company. I wound up having to send my mom to have jobs done.A phone call and a meeting would have gone a long way instead of a letter saying "you are banned" and for what? We almost lost a major account. It's like a restaurant banning you for complaining that there is a fly in your soup.Anyhow still a good local business even if they treated me unfairly once upon a time.”
