“Historic Smithville Barn lodging was on point.
Our family wanted to try something different this year to celebrate Christmas, and Historic Smithville was on our list. The charming village truly resembles a Hallmark movie and did not fall short of that expectation.
Staying at the Barn felt safe and cozy. The only drawback was the lack of activities on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. All shops and eateries closed by 3 PM on Christmas Eve, and nothing was open on Christmas Day, so planning ahead is important.
The Wi-Fi worked well, there was plenty of parking, and security cameras were discreetly placed throughout the exterior areas, which added to the sense of safety. The bathroom tub didn’t drain very well, but it didn’t spoil our family fun.
One suggestion for improvement: it would be very helpful if the establishment provided a plan view or map with room numbers clearly marked, so guests could see which rooms they are booking. We wanted to reserve a room with a front porch but couldn’t determine which room numbers corresponded to those rooms.
Other reviewers mentioned breakfast—yes, it’s provided, but the selection is limited to muffins or croissants.
Overall, it was a memorable and cozy experience for our family, especially if you’re looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway.”
“It's such a cute little town! Beautiful! There are a lot of quaint little shops and restaurants. The little lake and the shops above with a pretty bridge makes it look so idyllic.”
“When I lost my credit card the owner helped me so much. She pulled up security footage, talked me threw it, walked me to the trash cans to see if I accidentky threw it out and basically dug three them to see if it was in there. We went to three trash cans and finally found it in one and the lady went to a different store to get stuff to pull it out and clean it and grabbed it out for me. She is so unbelievably kind? And when I tell you the best stores have the best workers and owners. Apart from the piece the store is so nice and has the cutest things!”

“One of the busiest ShopRites I've ever been to. Most of the time it's well stocked. Beware- check dates for all dairy. I always find something that's expired. ALWAYS! Maybe they think because it's so busy, they sell out so quickly therefore won't have expired products on the shelf? Last week I found 4 things expired, left them in the front, told a passing employee- just for that employee to add it back and fix the shelf”

“It's a decent little plaza actually every time I go there I have moments of nostalgia when the smoke and vape shop used to be Blockbuster at that time you were able to trade your movies for new or used movies and games for my 2 boys it was fun I enjoyed that family time out together my husband and I would read the back of the movie cover and we would go back and forth if it was a good movie or not usually I win and it would be a good pick it brings back good memories”

“The Quarter is located at the Tropicana Hotel and Casino ? in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The theme is of old Havana, Cuba. It consists of a nice variety of restaurants, shops and attractions. The Anthem nightclub is located on the 2nd floor and is popular. The Cuba Libre ?? restaurant has Spanish cuisine. Friendly and helpful staff throughout the Quarter.”

“Smithville is so quaint and historic. It is a timeless tradition for many families. I'm in my upper 50s, but I have been going there since I was a little girl. Fond memories...There are many shops. Too many to mention on here. Also interesting places to get all sorts of things. Many attractions for adults and kids alike. My favorite always was the ducks and the paddle boat rides. Just be careful of those ducks! I don't know whether it's considered on site, but it's basically located right next to Smithville square. I've always loved the church that has a graveyard next to it. It is the perfect backdrop to the past. It's a beautiful Church, and there are some old headstones, they are literally falling apart and you can't even read some of the names. Interesting none the less. I think it would beautiful for a wedding. Definitely worth the trip for adults and kids alike. Take some photos. Make some memories.”

“Only 15 stores second floor and 14 first floor in this mall and 60 vacant stores. Only reason to go rock shop and haircut place and shoe depo and spencers and hot topic. snipes foot locker h and m great discounts on things in this mall manage to find good gifts for everyone here then macys good clearance deals but that retailer in general over priced. Go to this mall cause childhood mall and nostalgia and better than going to cherry hill depford area used to how to get to this area. Also near this area for church so makes it convenient in that way. Fair variety of clothing and shoes shie depo great deals then lots of exclusive tshirts that harder to find then custom tshirt store in this mall as well like the peace and quiet as well at this mall garentee within next 4 years will be closed”
