Horrible experience. They don't greet you when you walk in. Or even acknowledge your existence. I had a billing question about my trade in. I waited close to an hour, and finally just walked out instead after deciding to use the chat with the Verizon chat through the "my Verizon" app. Thought going in person would make more sense so they could explain it to me and help me and you know, personal connection is Verizon's whole schtick.There were 5 people working, two of whom where helping no one and instead over on the computer on the corner the entire time I was there. Not once did they give a "hey we'll be right with you" or "how can I help you with your 5 minute billing question". Do better.

I walked into the store and told them about my offer I had from Verizon online that I was going to receive $200 each line for bringing over my number from a different carrier and they would honor it..When I got home I called Verizon main number and they told me that I was not eligible for the deal.. so they straight up, lied to me at the store.. not only that they charge me an extra $50 and told me that my activation fee was waived for taking the insurance… Which I already paid for on my bill at the store…

Why even bother with a physical location if no one is willing to help or direct a customer. I was ignored and left after a few minutes. Also, why is Verizon selling so much nonsense unrelated to phones? I saw about 6 phones on display and a bunch of video game accessories. How can I know what phone I want when you only have a couple to look at.

I had an issue that couldn't be resolved on the phone so I had to go to the store to solve the issue so I was told by multiple reps via the phone. The rep at the store was amazing yet the issue wasn't solved. Update 9/7/23 the problem is still going went back to the store after multiple hrs of being on the phone with tech support & they were dismissive. Actual active listening conversational skills where you're allowed finish a statement of a problem that is going that you're experiencing, yet cut said it's impossible for it be happening ??♀️. Can't make this up yet my landline hasn't worked in a month but because they can get to ring on their end they completely dismiss it's busy for everyone calling & when I up phones from the house. Apparently if your bill is due say 23 they put you in collections the next time or add late fees depending on how they feel because you have to pay your account online,in store or mail. @verizon ....where is corporate real contact information to speak to an actual person

I went in needing a new SIM card according to Verizon tech support. When I walked in 1 rep was on the floor helping a customer, he signed me in and said there was 1 person ahead of me. I sat down and there was another customer who said the woman who was helping him just left in the middle of helping him(never saying a word to him)....she came back apparently took her lunch break and went back on floor (now 2 reps on the floor). 3 more groups of people walked in after me, so this makes 5 people waiting. After waiting about 30 minutes I asked the people who were ahead of me how long they were waiting, they were close to an hour. 2 more people came walking out from the back, according to the female rep they were managers. They didn't say a word to anyone and went over to a wall and started resetting the wall display. I asked the manager if it was possible that he help out as we all were waiting an incredibly long time. Kyle who is the manager told me he was also busy (he was taking accessories off the wall). Another customer chimed in as well agreeing. He basically told us what he was doing was more important than helping customers. If it hadn't been for the fact that my service wasn't connected and I was waiting so long I would have left. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly nice and I felt so bad for him having to deal with the madness in the store as his manager did "busy work". I understand that corporate probably requires the managers to have this work done but I would hope they want their customers put first. Kyle was incredibly rude and extremely dismissive of all of us customers. I am a family of 8 paying a lot of money to Verizon a month, I'm sure losing us as a customer isn't going to hurt the store but I will never return to this store.

My wife and daughters went there to pickup two new phones that we purchased through Verizon customer service on the phone. The store manager said there would be a fee to transfer the information from one phone to another. My wife then went to explain that we were told of no fees to do that. At that point the store manager basically didn’t care and was rude.

Their only concern is to sell you something and not take the time to address your problems. Maybe if there were more people there or someone to handle the problems people have, I'll improve their score.

HORRIBLE Experience THEY WERE RUDE AND EVEN THOUGH I ARRIVED 45 MINUTES FOR A SIMPLE PORT IN KEEPING MY OWN PHONE AND A 2ND LINE THEY WERE RUDE SHORT THEY DIDNT DO THE PORT IN CORRECTLY THEY PUSHED ME OUT THE DOOR WITH A SIM CARD, FORGED MY SIGNITURE (REGGIE) ON THE t&c didn't let me pick my plan lied about device credit and made sure I was out the door by 708pm don't waste ur time or money here

My Mother went in thinking that she needed to purchase a new tablet because it wasn't charging anymore. Instead of the worker trying to push a sale, he plugged it in and found that her tablet only needed a new charger. I was such a pleasure without being pressured into buying a new tablet even though it is an old model.

Horrible experience at this location recently. I bought a new phone at this location and was told there was a promo for a free apple watch at the time. I initially said no to the watch as I did not want to add a line and increase our phone bill but was reassured that my bill would not increase if I traded in an old watch. I asked multiple times if anything on my bill would increase and was repeatedly told no it would not increase. When I attempted to trade my old watch in they wouldn't take it because it would not pair to my phone so they could not get the info needed off of it. I was told to go to the apple store (which the closest was an hour away) and have them remove the find my iphone off the watch. I did so and they still would not accept the old watch when I brought it back. They then explained my bill would have gone up regardless of the trade in due to taxes and surcharges on the line which was not disclosed when I repeatedly asked if my bill would change at all initially. In order to return the new watch I would have to pay a restocking fee on top of the set up fees I had already paid. If you add anything to your plan make sure they print everything out regarding your bill because you will end up with unexpected charges despite what you are told.

My phone was having voicemail troubles. Nobody could leave a message when they called. I tried the 800 number, but they could not help us. The young man that helped us was very professional and extremely helpful. He tried a few things that didn't work, but in the end he found the solution and fixed the problem. I regret that I can't remember his name, because he deserves my sincere thanks.

Husband spent almost an hour speaking to someone online and setup an appt to surprise me with a new phone for Christmas. We showed up and were signed in and then brushed off. waited 20 minutes and couldn’t even check out the phones bc they are bolted to the counter tops. how do I see the difference on camera, weight, feel in hand, etc..? The guy couldn’t/wouldn’t answer any questions and told me I could google the phones to compare, real nice. I’m in here to buy a $1200 phone and can’t get good customer service. Stated he didn’t have any phones in stock, none..and would be till mid January.. I wanted a 14 pro max.. when I said I was no longer interested in buying anything then suddenly they were in the warehouse and would take 2 days. Charged us for the phone.. then just walked away without any closing.. no talk of accessories, nothing. Second awful experience here and my last. I’d rather drive the hour to south Philly for better service and no appt.

Came here with my dad to get an apple watch was looking to spend good money on one too but the sales guy I had was horrible. Couldnt tell me any information about the apple watch or it’s features because he needed to access my account which isn’t needed nor did I want to give out my info. Couldnt tell me any promo they have or what it would be to buy it out right then and there. I’ll go spend my $700 elsewhere.

Manager was not helpful, gave me bad info along with another male worker there. Only Finic was a great employee with great customer service. She did everything all the other workers said that could not be done smh. Verizon service is horrible and spotty n their connection is not reliable. I even got an IPhone smh. I’m going back to T-Mobile. It’s Rare If I ever give a 1 Star review

I had the worst service at this location. It was a very big shocker because I have always had great customer service at this location and this man claimed he was a manager and I was waiting for a tech. I am looking at getting a watch for my son and I had numerous questions that were not answered. Not only were they not answered they were completely blown off. I am assuming because it wasn’t going to be a big sale he didn’t have the off day for me.Very disappointing because a parent getting a device for a child is a big purchase and want to ensure safety etc.Just disappointed because I wanted to learn more about this product.
