The worst customer service! The person who served me, I don't know if he was the owner or the manager, but he treated me with a distasteful attitude. Page for some empty balloons I told him if he could fill them a little more and he didn't want to. If you are not happy with your job, quit, if you hate Hispanics, do not start a business where there are many. I will not return even because they are giving away.

I bought an outdated curtain where the seam was incomplete, which cannot be detected until you open the product. I tried to exchange the curtain for an identical one and the manager working that day would not allow me to exchange it. He wouldn't let me return the other curtains I bought because it was open which I understood. But you should be able to exchange a bad product for a good one.Anyway this may be poor customer service on the part of the management and owner as this is only my third visit and on my first visit one of the managers was yelling and cursing at an elderly man who was trying to return a product.The old man did not shout once or at all. He spoke so softly and moved slowly that I didn't understand. But I understand it now.Poor management helpful floor workers. DollAr Krazy at 2 minutes has the same products and respects their merchandise, so if returned within 7 days, it can be exchanged if opened.I bought a defunct curtain where the stitching was incomplete, which can not be detected until opening the product. the man who works there. I don't know if he is an owner or a worker. but he harasses a lot. one feels harassed. he follows you everywhere. Very bad experience, preferable to go to another store.

I am going to start with the positive.I moved to this area about two years ago and this discount store was my go-to for cleaning products Christmas decorations school supplies, cookout supplies a grill, beach items I would easily spend about 200 a month and about 500 a month holiday season even bought my Christmas tree from this place,but today would be my last visit as you know New Jersey no longer provides bags and that's fine I have no problem bringing my own. This I believed is what caused the older man the owner of the store to follow me aisle to aisle....talk about uncomfortable please consider the fact people carry bags so they don't have to buy any I work hard for my money and will spend it elsewhere that's over 3000 a year I will spend somewhere else at least try to be discreet about it and don't judge this has happen before I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt and even then it was a male cashier who was extremely rude calling people lazy customer service is about people and the experience you guys need to do better.

I love how organized this store is and kept clean, there’s also a variety of things. The girls behind the counter are very nice and helpful if you ask them they try to guide you in what you need. Si usted habla español tambien hay gente que pueda ayudar.

The customer service in this store is exceptional! They answered all of my questions and were polite in packing my products. The prices are also great, it’s my go-to spot for going and buying a quick buy.
