Couldn't find the entrance and building of this AB&S location, so we went to AB&S in Piscataway instead and it was much easier

I stopped by today to get an electric fan replaced in my car. It was something simple that should not have taken that long and I even described to the mechanic what steps to take to get it done. Let's start with the manager. He was OK in demeanor, but at first tried to tack on more labor by trying to word the job differently. I, however, saw his labor screen and it clearly said 1 hour for the job. He tried saying it would be about 2 hours. I pointed out the correct labor on his screen and we agreed on it. I left the car for them to work on and grabbed some lunch. I came back around an hour and a half later and it wasn't done and the mechanic looked like he was struggling. Finally, got done I took my car and paid the bill. I drove home took a look and to my surprise there was an array of issues. It wasn't properly secured, it had bolts and fasteners missing, some bolts were not even tight at all, and if you looked down from the work area in the car you could even see two of the missing bolts that dropped below the fan into the bottom support bracket. Clearly, I returned immediately and both the manager and the mechanic tried to claim it was like that already. That was not the case at all. So then he tried to claim someone else was in there, which he quickly withdrew that claim once he realized how quickly I returned. I showed them the errors and didn't leave until they fixed it right. Long story short check it before you leave or it might come apart while you drive away.
