i will start out with I never write a review, so this will tell you the extent to how horrible this organization is. i was provided a price and showed all the pictures of what was going. I was 17 cubic feet under the allotted amount. The crew showed up 1 1/2 days after scheduled. They had a serious attitude. On top of it all, they then came back with the amount being 2 1/2 times the amount. Now they are saying they won't take items that were represented in my list. The salesman has blocked my number because he is a crook. His name is Richard. They are a company based on fraud and extortion

I have used this company over the decades whenever I moved homes. They are very professional, and communication is excellent from the point of scheduling through the day of the move. The movers have always gone above and beyond. They are efficient and take great care with your items. Andre, Julio, and Alex did a fantastic job! They will always be my go-to movers!!

I’ve moved business offices and private homes over the decades — American Movers is the best. The team that helped with moving, wrapping and storing furniture and boxes were timely, professional, efficient, careful and had a positive attitude. Adam who coordinated everything was accommodating of my tight deadline and delivered on everything he promised. Highly recommend this company.

This company was referred to me by a family member who had a great experience using their services. The 3 man crew of Andre, Jason and Carl were professional and efficient during my move and handled all my property with care. I would definitely recommend them for your moving needs.

I am in the property preservation business. American Movers has handled all my NJ evictions for the past 3-4 years. I have never had an issue with them. Responsive, on time, and reasonable pricing. Great work guys!

I can’t be happier with this company. My aunt used them to store property for decades, while she lived out of state. When it was time to survey the content of her pallets, I was not sure if after 40 years they were even in existence. But Eric found them right away and they were neatly wrapped in plastic! He kindly provided multiple photos of the pallets. Saving me from traveling at the height of COVID. Eric, was so kind and helpful closing the account and disposing of unwanted items. I tried to use them to move from North NJ to Central NJ. They confirmed my move three times and the price. When my father called the number a half hour after they were supposed to arrive, they said they were on there way. About 20 minutes after that, while him and my family were waiting at home and I was waiting in the apartment, they told us they cancelled my move. No warning, no apology, we tried to call back three times with no answer. The guy would not speak to us, had no empathy, was completely unprofessional. I wasted a lot of time and money for a cancelled move an hour after they should be here. It is an actual scam, I will be reporting them.

Great service took care of all my belongings while moving. Moving team was so helpful to make sure everything fit into my storage unit. Will be recommending and using them again!

Eric was nice to coordinate our move with. He was patient while we were in flux with our living situation. The team of three men that moved us were very nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them and use them again myself.

So happy we found these guys! We had hired another company, but they kept giving us the run around, things like not sending us a contract, not showing up to deliver boxes or give us a quote, so at the last minute we told them to forget it, because we didn't trust that they would even show up. I found american movers online and OMG what a difference. Adam was so kind and was able to send us a contract in minutes, provide a COI in like 48 hours and confirm a move date that was less then a week away! Amazing!!! Pedro, Julio and their guys were fast careful and efficient! They worked really hard and provided such a great service. They moved our stuff to their storage facility too and I'm looking forward to them moving it in to our new office, now that it's ready! So happy we found them!

american movers worked together with Express Cargo, USA to illegally obtain my property by deception by not listing all my items on my packing slip. When I refused to sign the packing slip, they left with my property. I have the police involved, but warning... do not hire american movers or Express Cargo USA as they work together and scam people of their property.
