Horrible service. . I went there to rent a uhal and Customer serviceis Guy was very rude from the start. My reservation was at 4pm and I ended up getting pissed and leaving at 5pm. This guy does not know what he is doing and I wasted my time.. Thought it would of been a great idea to rent from them because i live right around the corner, but I was wrong.. Off to the Sherman Ave location where I should of went in the first place.. #jaeawesomenotapprove
