I hired this company to move me in June, omg they never showed. First the driver text and said he had no driver. Shortly after I received a text from him saying I can come and move the stuff now. This text wasn’t intended for me, what happen he cancel me to move someone else. So they rescheduled me for the next day. The next day, they called and canceled again. All these reviews are fake, my experience with them is horrible. They don’t care, they are un-professional. They play games. Do not hire them.

The Bingo moving & storage were very attentive and did a great job from start to finish. Their sales rep was very quick to setup an appointment and offered me the best package that suited my requirements. He was very responsive and very informative. I really appreciate the attention to detail the movers showed handling my stuff. I will be using them again if I have to move a long distance again.

It really happened! The movers from Bingo moving and storage conducted a perfect move for me! It's hard to believe but it actually happened. Nothing was broken or damaged in the end. I have heard about how sincere and reliable this company was. I got to experience it firsthand. Their customer service was also very friendly and always ready with an answer for whatever question I had. But the movers were just outstanding. I was stoked about how easy they made this move for me. Even the bill was very affordable

I completed a request for a quote online. Received a call from Scott, booked the move for the following day. That same night I received a call from the manager Alex who stated that he couldn’t move me because the price that I was quoted was wrong. I practically begged him to move me and he said no he will refund the money. I even sent a text to him pleading with him (no response).
I called the following day to see if the refund was submitted and received a confirmation number.
Eight days later I called back, I never received the refund. I’ve called about 15 times, I’ve spoken to Scott, Alex (Manager), Mike (Operations Manager), Antonio (Supervisor), Louis (Supervisor), Jason, Arthur and Adriel, still no refund 18 days later.
The worse part of it all is some workers wouldn’t give me their names, i’ve been hung up on, transferred, left on hold 30-40 minutes and rudely spoken to.
I’ve even had a worker say to me, well you signed the electronic form for the deposit, it’s non refundable. I stated to him that their company cancelled the move, not me.
It’s horrible how this so called family business works. I now have to file a claim with my Bank, BBB, leave reviews to warn people and anything else that I can do to help others so that they are not taken advantage of like me.
I refuse to call back! Also, they work under different business names like Riteway Relocation in Florida... etc...

This is the third move where we have used Bingo moving and storage. The packers arrived on time and were professional and efficient. All our items arrived in perfect condition. We will definitely use them again. A special thanks to Glenn who led this team.

Extremely unprofessional and dishonest people. I would have given them negative stars if that was possible. They provided me a quote of $500 at the time of booking their services for packing and moving the furnitures and 2 boxes of breakables. I was told the quote included packing material and then moving all the stuff and placing everything at the new location. They turned up on the day of the move with 3 men who were extremely slow with their job. They took double the amount of time to do their job and charged me for the extra time. Essentially I was penalized for their own inefficiency. They did not even carry any packing material for the breakable items and ended up using my kitchen napkins and packing stuff in extremely shabby manner. They charged me for all the packing material as well although the quote was supposed to include that in the first place. At the end of the move the pulled out a bill of $900 for work that was quoted at $500. Then they threatened me at my destination location that unless I payed them in full they will not unload my stuff from the truck. No one even picks up calls at their management office to resolve issues. I was terribly cheated and duped by these people.

I tried so many moving companies, but this one I will always use afterwards. It was my best experience. Service was above and beyond. They were very accurate and organized. They came on time and kept me in schedule. Thank you. If I ever move again I will use this company

The BINGO team is awesome! My wife and I had a move scheduled and unfortunately another company bailed on us. We were really left in a bad spot. We only had 36 hours until the move I spoke with Dave from Bingo and he immediately told me to be calm and that they would make it happen. The day of the move came and BINGO was there early and got the job done. The movers were very professional and did a great job with my furniture. I would always recommend Bingo. These guys saved our behinds. Thank You BINGO

We used these wonderful people twice! The first time for our move to Westchester. When we moved a second time hiring them was a no-brainer. They are professional, respectful, fast, efficient, and thorough. I don't question the safety of my possessions. Hopefully, we don't move again for a looooong time! However, we will recommend them to anyone looking for a moving service!

I’m the owner of a long distance moving company. We did job deliveries for them. The owner blocked our numbers and refused to pay us for a San Diego trip. Everyone out there doing a job for them. Be careful this guy does not pay.
