The manager JEN made me feel very uncomfortable, she followed me throughout the store and watched everything I did until I told my husband
My husband bought some clothes and we asked the cashier who she was and she was the manager. We told her what had happened to her and how bad she made me feel. She justified it by saying that's just who she was, but how? A manager cannot treat a customer like this, he didn't even come close to tell me if he offered me something in a few words, I couldn't complain to a supervisor I hope this lady changes the way she treats people I hope a supervisor can see this comment and talk to him she

Staff is very unprofessional. Return returning policy very bad. You can get Store create only and when I go for return my jacket staff refuses to return the item when force them to return they get in bad argument with me. They return my item but didn’t give me any gift card he said you will get gift card in e-mail. But didn’t receive any yet

Running gimmicks! Return policy is store credit only! Yes! It’s this fine print in pic. Staff member looked me in the eye and lied! Very unprofessional for such a name brand

Went there to change the sizes of some clothes that my wife gave to me, they refused to replace because it had passed 34 days from the purchase. I was buying more clothes and only asked to change the size of two pieces that they still had in stock, bottom line I kept the small clothes and didn’t buy anything else, never go back again, rather buy online…
