The line was three rows long, and the customers cannot use the restroom. We’ve been in the store shopping and I can’t even use the restroom. They won’t even hold my items. This is a big inconvenience. How do you have restrooms in your establishment but won’t let the customers use it only your employees completely unfair and a denial of equal rights!!!

To tell someone they need to go into the mall to use the rest room is ridiculous. So I can come into your store to spend my money but I cant use the restroom. This location at Jersey garden is the location that does this. Can't get any more of my money.

I’m here at the Burlington store and ask to use the bathroom and you are not allowed to use it, only for employees THIS IS RIDICULOUS IF I AM SHOPPING HERE AND now I will not buy anything… I am not allowed to use the bathroom at Burlington!!! because you need to go to the outside mall to use the bathroom

The store is quite large. when i went to look at the shoes i found that the large area was misleading, The racks were not even half full!
It felt like a going out of business sale.

This place worse every day, the store closes at 930 pm but the Fiding Room closes at 630 !!!! Explain to me ???? What more stupid people, if there were 0 stars I would never lose my time there 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 and when I ask the manager he goes out with a stupid face and says yes, we close the fiding room at that time !!! What a stupid place !!! 😡😡😡😡
