“I'm happy to have that store open again. They definitely can expand on the products. The staff was truly amazing and helpful. Explained some of the sales that we did not realize.
It was actually quite busy which made me very happy.
Disney needs to consider opening or reopening more of these stores.”

“Javi was Amazing??? to the highest point! Our 1st encounter with him when we entered was him helping us to find sweat suits in my son’s size. My son in the mist of trying on school clothes left his phone and Javi found it and locked it up….. I must came back to the store 3 times asking 3 different associates to no avail. Not sure if all hope was lost I came back a 4th time and saw Javi who with a big smile said Yes I have it locked up! What a relief for both my son and myself. He was attentive and caring and I appreciate that so much. Thanks again Javi!!”

Management should enforce a uniform like policy...I'm seeing different brands being worn by all three of the cashiers....they are all professional and friendly...BUT of the hoodies brandishes the word HEN with a NY symbol....I pray it's not for Hennesy...which I drink once in a while BUT is not cool AT ALL for the Gap. Sorry...but no.”
“I’ve been going to this mall for many years. Typical Jersey mall with Jersey people. Some consider us rude, but others that know better know that we’re just no nonsense, direct people. That goes for the staff of the most of the stores as well. However, the customer service that I received in Nautica was by far some of the best I’ve experienced in any retail clothing store in NJ. All of the employees were friendly, even though the store was busy. The store manager, Saira, wasn’t delegating to her employees like you see in so many other stores. She was out greeting customers, folding clothes, and assisting with a big smile on her face. She asked me multiple times if I needed help, and even decided to discount some of my clothes that I was purchasing because of a sale that just lapsed. It’s customer service like this that sets certain stores apart from the rest. Not to mention, I’ve been wearing Nautica clothing since the 90s. For a great clothing line, exceptional customer service and notable price breaks, Nautica in Jersey Gardens is the spot. Five stars.”

Usually I don't really need assistance from anyone in the aisles, but today I did. The two employees who I dealt with were exceptional, along with the young lady at the check out register.This store has a large selection of clothing and usually has plenty of extra sales for your purchases. I would recommend this location and will continue to shop here.”
“I went to kidstown for my daughter uniforms for school the store has alot of nice clothes and shoes some clothes and shoes are named brand as well..its clean and organized they didnt have the size uniform my daughter needed it but the workers in there told me a day they restock they are very helpfull and nice”

Primark at Jersey Gardens Mall was a pleasant surprise! Conveniently located inside the mall, it's like stepping into an upscale version of a dollar store — but with a huge range of affordable fashion and home goods. Prices are incredibly competitive, and we found tons of items that were absolute steals.
We picked up a few perfumes at a great price, and the variety of men’s and women’s clothing was impressive. Some shirts were as low as \$12 — great if you’re on a budget, though quality can vary a bit. The store is large, clean, and has plenty of self-checkout stations which made the whole process easy and smooth.
Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for bargain shopping — especially if you’re looking for trendy finds without breaking the bank!

“I found this store super nice, it was bright and elegant, with all the athletic clothing so nicely organized throughout the store. They don’t have any fitting room though, so hard to pick the right size. The products are mainly for men and women leisure wear. Their prices are on higher end but this store had lots of products on 50% discount. The associates were friendly, helping out customers. I strolled around the store but didn't do any purchase.”

“This store is incredible-great discounts and a wide variety of items. The customer service is outstanding, especially Walter, the store manager. He helped me return two defective shirts even though I didn't have a receipt, and my purchase wasn't showing up due to an online issue. Highly recommended if you're a fan of the BOSS brand.”

Each associate asked me if I needed a bag to carry my items on two separate occasions because they noticed that I had quite a few items in my hand. As soon as I walked in the door, I saw multiple items that took my attention with the amazing sales prices. The store was high organized, making it easy to find the selected sizes and colors I need it. am I last point of contact with the cashier very polite and friendly and helped me finalize my transaction courtesy and ease.”
