I went here to get my van serviced. When the mechanic proceeds to get details about the vehicle. He was very unprofessional; he asked if I smoke weed because I had very little knowledge about my vehicle. I do not understand why this comment was stated in the first place. Please be aware of this location. It seems they want you to have a full diagnostic beforehand because they don't have time for business or to valued customers.

This place is awesome. I live In ct was driving and o Maryland on a Saturday morning. Hit a pot hole on turnpike. I have run flats, called triple asked for the nearest tire shop. I believe I dealt with James. Super nice, helpful and honest. Didn't have another run flat, got my something comparable so I wouldn't be stranded. He had me back on the road on probably 25 mins. If I lived closer I would absolutely use this shop. Thanks again!

These guys are pros. Old school heart and grit. Only place open at 7AM too, most places in the area open at 8:30 and they're quick and know what they're doing. They patched me up and got me to work on time, safely.

Great to go if you need to have your tires done. Not sure what other services they provide, but you can ask if ever you go there or call. Definitely would recommend for tire service.

First, let me start off by saying that this is my first Yelp review. However, the service I received today from Cleveland Tire was above exceptional. My experience was a positive one from start to finish. My husband and I have been using them for years. We live in Staten Island but travel to Elizabeth whenever we need tires. It's a small family owned company that is always friendly and welcoming as soon as you arrive at their shop. There was a complimentary box of coffee and donuts available in the office. As I waited in the small waiting area I had an enjoyable conversation with the owner as my car was getting two new tires installed. The service was quick and professional and their prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend anyone that needs tires and/or other auto service to use them without hesitation. If I could give this review more stars I would. Thanks again for a great experience!

Came here to get tires replaced. Was in a small waiting room inside their office and could hear workers openly spewing slurs in their conversations. Could also hear violent stuff about attacking their own family members. Very uncomfortable setting and a shame that I'm a customer paying them money for service and I had to listen to hate speech about communities I'm a part of. They're probably racist too. Don't come here if you're not white or straight.

Had some work done on my car. Process was smooth and everything related to my car went great. However, I gave them a low rating due to the lack of professionalism of at least one employee. While waiting in the waiting room, located in the same area as the main office, I overheard homophobic comments and slurs in conversations between an employee and either other customers or other employees. Who knows what other prejudices they have? It was not a welcoming environment for me at all and they didn't even try to keep the conversation at a low volume. There were other violent conversations, unrelated to me so I'm not going to go into detail, but nevertheless, I won't be coming back here, despite the great automotive/mechanical service. Losing 1 customer probably isn't seen as a big deal to them, but if you're a part of a usually marginalized community, don't go here. Some of them may be lovely to your face, but on the inside, they probably hate you.
