I was very surprised at how smooth the entire process was.
The bus was super clean.
Location was very easy to find, considerate fee, 30-40 minutes transfer total transfer time.

We used this service for a shuttle from NYC to EWR airport. It was smooth, easy and on-time. Couldn’t have been any better or easier.

Not very reliable: significant delay, poor waiting management. Probably not the best option for traveling from Newark to New York.

- Staff was rude
- Everybody was shouted at
- Everyone had to cram into a old bus
- Everyone was angry
- The bus driver REALLY couldn’t drive
- At least it was sort of on time

The bus didn't fit everyone who was in line, so they left us to wait for the next one and we would have already missed the flight, so we had to take a train. They didn't give us our money back. The worst thing is that the two workers who were organizing the queue knew perfectly well that they would not be able to take us in time to catch the flight and yet they told us that if we arrived, we should buy tickets for the bus. It's a scam.

Verbally abusive driver on NYC - EWR lines. Threatened to leave passengers on highway if their phones rang. Used foul language. Honked and cut drivers off. Left passengers luggage on sidewalk. BE CAREFUL!!

NJ Transit ONE Bus is very difficult.
Bus Route 2 is Weekday 5-20 Minutes, Saturday 45–55 Minutes, and Sunday 30–60 Minutes.
Bus Route 84/84P is Weekday 20 Minutes, Saturday 33 Minutes, and Sunday 30–41 Minutes.
Bus Route 88/88C is Weekday 50 Minutes, Saturday 55 Minutes, and Sunday 48–59 Minutes.

If you lost something while riding the NJ transit Number 2 bus in jersey city/Secaucus, or any other bus operated by this company, best if you can call lost and found. Otherwise Come to this location. Copy bus plate, the top 4 digits and date you lost it. The workers here will see your case and help you personally. Better that way and you'll be thankful they helped you.

There is no aircon on the bus. I'm not sure only that the bus without aircon seevice what I took.

The bus driver seemed overwhelmed and was friendly enough.
Bus fare overly expensive, almost $50 for two people from Manhattan to Newark airport. Next time I'll take the train.
Then it's excessively cold on the bus, including a cold.

Horrible service. I arrived on time for the 3:30pm bus and even bought the ticket online. There were people at the front of the line who had come in time for the 3:15 bus but nothing had come.
We ended up waiting till 4:15 and when still nothing came people started splitting taxis to go to the airport.
