Pharmacy service isn’t good and some employees on the register for pharmacy are being lazy and rude. Complaining about having customers? Find another job then. They truly don’t want your service, recommending going to another CVS because they never have anything. Lines are long almost a 40 minute wait usually. This store should be under review.

If I can give this CVS a 0, I would. I can’t believe the people that work here are healthcare professionals because the wait was so unnecessary and this place is something else. Imagine the pharmacist asking me if my 4-year-old is going to comply with him because if not, he’s not going to get the flu shot. This place should be shut down. No remorse, no empathy, no nothing.

I would rate it a -0 if that were possible. As a professional, I found it difficult to comprehend how a pharmacy could employ such unprofessional pharmacists and technicians. Faxes are never received by them. They are always unaware of anything. When you call, anticipate a wait of nearly 40 minutes before you can speak to someone. They seek our business, yet they fail to deliver the service.

If I could give a 0 review I would. The pharmacists for the most part are rude, dismissive and disrespectful. Very disorganized and if you go today to fill a prescription, they will need a few hours to 24 hours to fill. That is ridiculous! Fire this staff and get new nicer, professional staff with at least two cashiers for this busy pharmacy. The pharmacists who used to work here (Nirav and Renaye) were golden to customers. They were helpful, efficient and professional. I don't blame them for leaving. I don't know if the current staff is burnt out or hates their job or something else but I couldn't take the nonsense anymore and went elsewhere.

Huh a ton of bad reviews with still no change ? Interesting. Maybe motivation or a smile or a redbull would make the employees wanna move faster or have a better attitude

CBS deals and discounts are better than the competition. Just a little more restocking of inventory a lil more often would be better.

I use to use the CVS in the seabras plaza 1000 Morris Ave until it closed loved it, they were attentive and proactive, I never took extra trips because they were on top of everything,the CVS at 214 raway Ave in Elizabeth,is the worst, horrible service and everything is being worked on,it angers when you see the farmacist jus standing talking and you know he's not on break,4/25,2023 asked to make sure there was no other prescription ready,was told nothing, I got a text to pick up another medication as, I was parking!!! I miss my CVS they should of kept the one on Morris and closed this one!!! George Alonso.

Horrible service.. the pharmay takes a lunch from 130 to 200 and never remove the answering machine after 200.. terrible serive and its clear im not alone

My son’s medication has been on back order for three weeks. In the past when things like this would happen the pharmacist would inform us and provide us with an estimated time. The new pharmacist never has an answer for anything that goes wrong ,nor has has the slightest clue of when the medication will arrive, completely incompetent . It’s ridiculous!!! For the past year , there has been a drastic change in their management of the prescription and it just keeps getting worse,! Avoid this pharmacy.
