You’d think there would be a bigger sign to find the store but there was not and absolutely no one knew there was a store in this mall. The store itself is nice. Everything is reasonably priced and staff is friendly.

Meh. Firstly, everybody was so nice but if you’re on your way to Orlando, you’re better off going to the outlets down there. This one was nothing compared to the two in Florida. Nothing against the staff they were lovely, but they’ll never be fully loaded with goodies like the one in Florida is, Especially at a decent price

Love going to this Disney outlet store in Jersey Garden. It is a huge store and everytime we go, they have always have new inventory of toys, costumes, merchandise goods and accessories. Despite being outlet, the items are pricey here. Some items do get discounts and sale prices.
Staff a so friendly here. They greet us as we walk in and walk out. Love when they say “have a magical day” lol.
Over the years I have bought many things for myself and my daughter from here. I have purchased Marvels figures, Avengers collection, Disney princess collection, princess dresses and most recently a toy set of Moana.

I spent nearly three hours shopping at The Mills for my daughter's birthday, visiting 25 different stores, and everything was going smoothly until we got to the Disney Outlet. My daughter was beyond excited—dressed head to toe in her favorite Disney characters—and couldn’t wait to go inside and pick out some toys and dresses.
I had my two tiny yorkies with me, which wasn’t an issue in any of the other stores we visited that day. But when we got to Disney, they requested that I carry both dogs in my arms while shopping. I was already juggling bags and keeping an eye on my toddler, so carrying two dogs on top of that was just unrealistic. I couldn’t imagine managing everything while making sure my daughter didn’t fall or grab things she wasn’t supposed to. It felt like an impossible ask, and honestly, it added a ton of stress to what should’ve been a fun experience.
At that point, I decided to leave. It was disappointing and frustrating that Disney, of all places, made me feel so unwelcome. A store meant to spread joy and magic for families felt like the complete opposite. It really dampened the day for both my daughter and I.

Went on a Saturday. Found a good deal I wanted to come back to on Monday. Went on Monday morning and the store is all closed despite it being opening hours. Disappointing!
