This store needs to be shut down. It is extremely filthy and the shelves are barely stocked. I stopped in to get a cold bottle of water today to drink during my workout and when I couldn’t find it was told they don’t sell cold water, but they have rows of soda in the fridge! I was greeted with “music” on the speaker that was filled with profanity. What a great thing for kids to hear if they’re in the store

Customer success/experience should always be the goal for those that are in retail. Their retention is your ROI. I say this in hopes that their workers would learn professionalism or carry a bit more decorum when greeting customers—my greet was a command.
Me - ::enters store:: crossbody bag on and shopping bag with items on my left shoulder.
Store Associate - “you need to leave that bag in front”
Me - “won’t be doing that you all have no sign stating that ::continues to walk out:: hire loss prevention but don’t ever ask me to leave my stuff.
How this matter should have been handle: “hello, good day…excuse May you leave your shopping bag up front?” My answer still would’ve been no due to this not being a viable policy anywhere. Secondly greet your customers…due to this encounter NO DOLLAR GENERAL WILL RCV MY PRESENCE AGAIN

They should start doing stock at night when I went there everything was on the floor and I was not going to leave a comment. Until I got to the cash register 78 year old man asked the lady if she could bag the groceries she said it's not my job I don't get paid enough. Don't waste your time going there go to the one on elmora avenue

Worst place ever !!!! Black lady employee with the Snuffleupagus lashes and bad wigs is rude and was coughing all over her hands and then hands you your receipt and boom you have her sickness. Unprofessional at it's finest. Close this place down since they open when they feel like it

They close whenever they want. Sometimes they're closed all day. You never know when they're going to be open. You cannot count on them.The cashiers like to have conversations with managers, or are on the phone, while checking out customers. I've never seen anything like it.

Worst Dollar General in Union County. I don't know who the short black woman with the beer belly, who always wears false lashes and outlandish wigs is, but she should be terminated. She constantly has an attitude, and always extremely rude. I had an encounter with her last night (June 11, 2023) and I was tempted to call corporate. If you don't want to work around people, get another job. She's so ignorant, and Disrespectful! ?

The store is supposed to close at 10pm. But multiple times I've been there at like 7pm or even 2pm and there's a sign that says the store is closed. But when you look inside you can see people. No one acknowledges the multitude of customers outside. Do better.

Worst store ever! They close at 10 and typical FEMALES CLOSED DOORS AT 9:30 and said they leave at 10 when the SIGN SIMPLY SATAES THEY CLOSE AT 10 pm! That is very unfair to customer AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT ‼️‼️‼️
