About Elizabeth Coalition Homeless
Elizabeth Coalition to House the Homeless is a non‑profit in Elizabeth, NJ that serves Union County residents who are homeless or insecurely housed. Services include rental assistance, information and referral, emergency housing and community education. The people are great, kind and friendly. They help when others don’t, provide food to those hungry and a lifting hand in times of struggle. They assist immigrants to achieve status and help disabled people waiting for disability payments, even when funding is low. When help is needed, the office is cleaned and people answer questions with respect and patiences. The organization receives donations of socks, cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet tissue, mops, brooms and dust pans from local sororities.
