I called to see what time the store closed and it was within 10 minutes of my arrival. I assumed I would have been told to come the next day but, Kristina said she would wait for me. I bought mine here then moved across the country. 4 years later when visiting I stopped in to ask if we could adjust the wires which after 4 years felt well worn. Minutes later the wires were replaced new and my hearing aids were like new. Thank you!”
“Equipment worked great. Only issue was during pickup. Acted like they had no idea what time they were supposed to pick the scooter up. We are required to schedule a time , but acted like they had no idea they were supposed to get it at that time. I had to call to ask why they failed to show up. If our return flight had been earlier, this would’ve been a much bigger issue.”

Bruno very carefully explained the use of all three modes of the oxygen required! Please note he is a fantastic Representative of your company! Little did he know. As I am retired now, I was the Asst Director of Health Information at both RWJUH & Saint Peters University Hospital, New Brunswick NJ! “What a wonderful place. While I was waiting on my prescription, a lady came in with complaints of pain in her knee. She had just had surgery. She asked the pharmacist where she could purchase an ice pack, and the pharmacist prepped and gave her one for free!! Kindness and compassion. You don’t get that at CVS or Walgreens.”
“This place is a gem. They are one of the few compounding pharmacies around here and the customer service is exactly why I use independent pharmacies instead of the chains. I really hope they stick around because places like this provide humanity in a sea of anonymous mega corps.”
“A rare gem to find a owner ran pharmacy. Of course they CAN’T be compared to the big pharmacy stores. You might wait a few minutes on the phone, they might not have less popular medicines in stock but can get the next morning, they aren’t open 24 hours, they don’t open until 10:00 and aren’t open on Sundays, BUT they will know who you are by name, offer delivery and provide personable service and work tirelessly to solve issues with doctors and insurances. That alone cannot be compared to the big boys. At the end of the day I would not want my parents anywhere else and take comfort in the fact that if I’m not available, my parents are in great hands with them and I know who is coming to their door to deliver. “I traveled to SI from Brooklyn today looking for a Pride Mobility Reclining Chair. Charles Pfeiffer was recommended as the best place to view and purchase the product. I was greeted by Glen when I entered the store and he immediately showed me what was on display explaining the details and differences between the chairs. He also offered to get a specific size I was interested in from his warehouse if I wanted to come back tomorrow to try it out. It was at this point that I discovered the store does not service the Brooklyn Area due to time constraints and staffing. I was extremely disappointed. But Glen proceeded to call his company rep to get a reliable location for me to try in Brooklyn. He continued to answer my questions and make suggestions while we waited for the rep to call back. I am truly disappointed that I was unable to purchase the chair from Glen as I am sure his store would be reliable and helpful if there were issues with the chair in the future. I want to thank Glen and his staff for their assistance and recommend Charles Pfeiffer for any of your medical supply needs if you live in Staten Island. Thanks again for your help!”

“Took my lil one here to get her ears pierced after Claire's did a horrible job on my 6month old at the time. I closed one ear because it didn't align with the other only to be told I should have closed both of them up because of the horrible job Claire's did. Needless to say I highly recommend this place for infant and or toddler piercing. Great job guys keep up the good work??????”
