I rented out the car from Enterprise almost a week. They were provided great service with care. If you want you can extend your rental dates by calling them. They have magnificent costumer services providing. Personally two staffs Carlos and Allen are fantastic and kind. I would love to recommend this place and reasonable price range.

I was planning to rent through my insurance with a month in advance but because the rates are not the same with insurance they deny me front renting a big car I dealt with a young lady that is no longer there and had a good experience but management now is really bad I spoke directly with the manager and weeks in advance and was the wrong way to go if your doing it with insurance just go online and make the reservation because if you call and let them know you won't get the car you need

They put a hold of 79 dollars on my debit card for a rental that was going thru insurance. My car was parked and hit by someone who left thde scene. Never ever did they tell me i had to pay over 4 dollars a day out of my own money even though my insurance alloted 40 dollars a day. So my deposit was over 70 dollars. I return car and am waiting for my deposit returned to my card. Today I look and they debited over 200 dollars! days after I returned the car and my insurance had already extended the rental they are the worst do not rent frkm them!

I have never received such bad service. The vehicle we ordered was not waiting for us, we received an offer for a vehicle that does not suit our needs. There was no attempt to help, a humiliating attitude and in the end we were left without a car.

This place needs to be shut down, i rented a car from them realized i left my sneakers in the car, called immediately and spoke to the manager he said he was able to retrieve them. I called him a week later and he had no recollection of our conversation (thankfully i have it recorded) and said he never found them.

They were not prepared when I made a reservation over a week ago. They even called me the day before to confirm the time I was coming. When I get there, there was no one at the counter for a good ten mins. Finally a girl walked in and she does not even say anything like we will be right with you, goes straight to her cell phone. And when we tried to talk to her - she disregards us and asks her co-worker Allen to help us. Allen was very professional and apologized for the wait. However they told us that they didn’t have the SUV that I reserved and needed to locate one. I was there close to an hour waiting, and finally decided to downgrade the car to a sedan and then they said it was only going to be 10 dollars off the whole cost, which was ridiculous. Allen asked his manager what else they could do and they finally came back with 40 dollars less. The car didn’t even have a Lysol wipe packet like the middle console promised. I don’t think I would ever rent from this location again as the lack of management and preparedness on their part. The only thing positive about this experience was Allen the gentleman that helped us, we know he did the best he could to make this experience better. And I’m glad we got him when we returned the car as well, as he remembered the experience we had and helped us. Allen- thank you- you need to be the one to train some of your associates on customer service. But at the end of the day , if I make a reservation, make sure you have the car and if you don’t, a courtesy call would help to let us know you don’t have the car yet and we would have to wait.

The most unprofessional Enterprise location I’ve ever been to .. I spoke to the man about my confirmation of my reservation. They say one thing when I go to pick up my rental day tell me something completely different. I will never use this company ever again. not only did they waste my time, but it was ridiculous.

Brian provided superior customer service. Diego was also very nice and picked me up promptly from Linden Auto Body so that i could retrieve my car rental. Brian went above and beyond to make sure that I had a smooth experience with my car rental. This Enterprise location's entire team was extremely professional, friendly and made sure that I was attended to quickly and efficiently. I am so pleased with the level of service that they provided. I will definitely be back.

I want to preface this with the fact that I forgot the woman's name, and I feel so bad for that. She has short blonde hair, and she loves star wars, I hope that helps. When I go back in and she's in, I'll get her name, I'll amend the review to reflect that.I've been having a rough week, and when I went to reserve my rental online, I screwed up the dates. When I went in and she found my error, she helped me fix it, and she was just so kind, and sweet, and wonderful about everything. She was thorough with explaining everything about the contract, pricing, etc. Going in, I thought it was going to be a long, drawn out process, she made it virtually painless.I appreciated how she took care of me from start to finish. Thank you for being a bright ray of sunshine on my otherwise cloudy day.

I am a 20-year-old man, I recently went to enterprise to rent a car while I gave in my car for repair. The guy gave me a car for a week. He called me the second day that he didn't realize that he can't give a car if I am not yet 21. (Stupid of him that he didn't notice that when I took the car) He came to my work and took the car away from me leaving me hanging without a car. (My workmate who was nice enough drove me home that day, otherwise I was stuck). They are so not reliable and so not professional; I do not recommend them to anyone!!!
