I love this place entirely, it has a fair amount of balance and you can save your money there whenever your vehicle needs gas.

So they are ignoring the fact that their Diagnosis was incorrect. Kia themselves told him it is NOT oil consumption but the converter. Whether converter or oil consumption. The car was bought that way & ultimately you sent me to Kia. Also ignoring that this has been an issue for the last 11 months since week 1 of purchase. Ignored the fact that I requested a void & his reassurance. Also failed to show up (we were to meet at Kia for drop off) I also have text showing communication through all parts of service. Funny how he let me know where my fault is but IGNORED ALL OF HIS. That is fine you can choose to not do right & I will choose to seek legal action. I came to him thinking I wouldn’t get scammed run around, or a crappy car. A car I pay $300 car note for a 10 yr old car. That may have been the experience of my family but NOT mine.

My daughter took her car to this place to fix it and came out with the damaged one and charging her for something that she didn't really ask for, don't take it there if you don't want the car to be damaged.
