Was in today 1/5/2024 around 2pm at Mills at Jersey Gardens F21 location. Manager on duty today was rude, not honoring return policy advertised by company, and not good with sales. My return that I purchased 12/14 was denied (with receipt). I was upset about how I was treated, shamed for a return from the manager when I spent over $300 here in the last month, and forgot about the jacket I was going to purchase that I had up at the counter as I was going to do the return first and than purchase the jacket and she didn’t say anything about purchasing the jacket that was unfortunately left behind. I was better accommodated and treated nicer at a different location, where I had to go after to get a refund. It was a $35 loss from the company because they didn’t have the jacket I wanted at that location. I gave a 2 star instead of 1 star because the other manager that’s usually on duty knows how to work with customers. Please train your employees how to better converse with customers. A simple “were you going to buy this” would have helped at least; and not shaming customers that spend a lot of money at your store. It was at the last register closest to the exit for reference.

It is a complete and beautiful place.
There are very cheap prices and currently there is a promotion on clothes for $7 and $5.
In the men's section there is a need for variety and cheaper prices.
Very good experience 🪄

The workers are very rude and I would not be coming to this forever 21 again
It was a cashier with dreads don’t know her name because when I asked her her name she said she don’t have a name and she not allowed to give out her name none of the workers had on no name tags which was odd to me
I was returning a item that I couldn’t fit and she was really nasty and rude to me she didn’t hand me my receipt in my hand she shoved it at me
I spoke with a young manager and she didn’t really care so ever I would not attend there again and buy merchandise just how I was treated was not fair when I’m spending my money
I went to the security guard and he called another manager for me who think her name was Victoria and she was so nice and sweet
Word is the girls there is all rude and don’t even listen to management they need to do better with hiring my opinion
I’m gonna call corporate and put a complaint on these worker no one should be treated this way when u are buying and supporting a business

You need to do more training to your employees before you put them to work, because they do not know how to treat people. Small girl with short hair, brackets, piercing on the lip, glasses first told me to go to the fitting room and that was totally understandable. But then she was staring at me the whole time looking to see what I was doing, the next thing she told me was to hang a piece of clothing that I left somewhere else and put it back on its place. You guys don’t need to hire anymore if your employees expect clients to do their job!!! AFTER THAT I went to the fitting room where she saw me and FOLLOWED ME, and started to talk with her coworker about what she told me, also saying things I didn’t say (because I never said a word to her) and she knew I was there but thought I didn’t speak English. Then I went to the cashier where she coincidentally STARTED ACTUALLY WORKING as a cashier.

This is an outlet store. Their price is more expensive than Forever 21 online. And they would not match it.

I took several pieces of clothing to the dressing room, when I left the waitress wanted to make me fold the one I wasn't going to buy and replace it where I took it from. I left and didn't buy anything.

Was an enjoyable experience. Manager Ashly came in clutch with checking us out. Even though the checkout system they were using deserved a C- she gave A+ service. I’m goin to her to get checked out next time.?
