Today I got treated poorly by the staff and even the manager for a problem that was made by the employee..they had a long line and i understand it was overwhelming but the humiliation was so wrong towards me today that I will not be going there again for something that was so simple to resolve. Probably need more staff.

It’s a Friday and both of the large fitting rooms are closed. We asked and were told they would not be open. There are boxes on one and rolling racks in the other.

I had the best experience with the manager Kerri at this Forever 21. She went above and beyond to locate a missing order for me: she personally followed up with me several times and not only did she locate the missing order, she made sure it got to a Forever 21 location that was more convenient for me so that I didn’t have to go all the way back to The Mills! Truly the best customer service I have ever received. :)
