I needed to pick up a Western Union and my ID is from out of state, I explained that to the gentlemen and told him how to process the ID card, He called someone on the phone and gave my name and SS#. I asked who are you speaking to and why are you giving them my personal info. He ignored me and then stated, my ID was fake and he couldn't help me. I didn't argue, I just took my ID and left. If you don't understand ID policies and procedures then don't own a business that it may be necessary for your employees to know.
