Nancy’s professionalism, attention to detail, and seamless organization lifted a huge burden off our shoulders during our saddest days. Everything from the paperwork to the final services were handled smoothly. Nancy answered all of our questions in a timely manner. All of the employees were also very helpful in answering questions and giving advice at the visitation and funeral especially in regards to traffic in the area. Their recommendations for a florist and a monument company were reliable and provided great services. I want to mention Nancy specifically instructed us to notify family & friends NOT to order any flowers through the funeral home website, because they don’t have one, but instead to call a local florist or the funeral home directly for recommended florists to ensure flower delivery because they had many complaints about flowers not being delivered when ordered through scam websites.
