I tried to refund it about 10 minutes after purchasing it, but the GNC employee refused, saying that refunds were not possible because it was an outlet store. There is no such information in the refund policy on the back of the receipt, and I have never heard of it. I don't understand why all other stores in Mills allow refunds, but only GNC does not. It was a really unpleasant experience. Rather go to vitamin world. They are kind.

It's a shame that all GNCs around me have closed down, so I was really excited to see this location at the Mills Mall. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by an associate Li who asked if I was looking for something specific. I had informed him I was just browsing around. Eventually I did come up with some questions that Li was very knowledgeable about, and everything I picked up was followed by some wonderful insight from this associate. I think GNC is a wonderful company, but customer service like this is why I would go out of my way to come back. Highly recommend

Ian and Li were amazing. After a horrible experience with another GNC location, they really went out of their way to make a bad day into a great day. I highly recommend going to see them for all your GNC needs.

The salesrep Colin was awesome he took time to throughly explain to me and my sister the benefits of the products we were interested in and based on our needs he suggested a few products ..My sister and I both spent over $75.00 each This is my 3rd time at a GNC location he was by far the best
