Customer service was not good at all, I rented a pick up truck and wasn't told the correct information regarding payment amount or method. Will not be going back here again

Best service I’ve had a Home Depot. Tosh and Yvonne went above and beyond when trying to locate an item for me. It’s clear customer is a priority at this location when being assisted by the sales associates. Highly recommend.

So like . . . how are you a Home Depot when your workers do not know where masks are at? Don't answer that! We can for you. We went to several staff and asked them: "Where can we find the mask that is not used for construction projects but is used to help with COVID-19?" The feeling we got prior to asking our question: "Do not dare bother us!" Similarly, such a vibe continued when we finally received an answer; if we can call it such: "I do not know . . . You mean masks for COVID-19?" We were like "Yeah!" in unspoken words. The moral to this expository review is to shop here if you and others are willing to deal with staff related inconsistency. If you don't, go to Walgreens instead. We did and were somewhat satisfied.

I tried returning an item that I purchased a one store at this location because this one is closer to home. The female at the customer service/ return counter said that I had to return it at the store that I purchased it. In the event that a manager sees this review, it was on 01/04/2025 around 3:30pm and the person was a female. According to the other Home Depot, where I purchased it and ended going back to return it said you can return it at ANY Home Depot as long as it’s within the specific return period which it was.

Everytime I got to this home Depot the absolutely don't have what I am looking for I was looking for an exit sign found one but they wanted almost 10 dollars for it to much money for paper there over price and it's a waits of time I rather go to Lowe's and get what I need .
