“I had windows replaced. From the beginning everyone was professional. Two representatives came out and explain to us the best windows to get. My wife and I visited the showroom to see what we was getting, and it was explain to us how to move or adjust the windows. The installers arrived on the time they said, cover up our furniture to protect it, then cleaned up all debris from the job inside the house and outside. Everyone was excellent. I look forward to doing more business with Tri Star Construction.”

“Can’t believe it’s been about 2 years since they did the work for us. I left them a detailed review on Angie’s List at the time but only just now realized I never submitted my Google review. Better late than never haha. Working with Mike and his wife Marcy was one of the best contractor experiences I’ve had. They are very lovely people and great at what they do. We had recess lights installed at the time and had to deal with three fairly large cut-out holes in our living room ceiling and wall, which were plaster. Not only did Mike and Marcy get back to us right away but they were the only ones who didn’t scoff at the job being “too small” or tell us we’d have to wait months for the job to be done. Mike came out and performed the work himself within less than a week. He did an amazing job and to this day you cannot tell those holes were ever there. Pricing was certainly fair. Mike was great to talk with and taught me quite a bit while he was doing the work. I haven’t had need as of yet to call them for further jobs but I am sure I will at some point and I definitely will be calling them as soon as I need something.”

“The Last time I went to Home Depot was when I was living in 52 Beach Street or on Targee street. This time I went with a group of people from JCC and this store is in a different location. It's still a store we can buy supplies, tools, refrigerators, washing machines ,dryers and many more.?? ?️⛏️? ⚙️ They also sell furniture, lights,sheds and plants for your garden. They have self checkout spots where you can buy it on your own. ??? When I was here I first checked out the garden area where it was wet and it had all these plants and there were birds. Then I noticed that some refrigerators have big screens on them and have a good discount.?? This place is located in the Charleston area of Staten Island. If I were you I would recommend this place to go for home Depot because it's very storage based and decent.?⚒️?️⛓️????”

“Not sure why the ratings for this location is so low, it's your standard Home Depot with standard employees. Not any kinder or ruder. Has restrooms, as per usual for Home Depot. Don't be afraid to ask for help, you might need to ask several people because sometimes people don't know what they are doing, but again, standard Home Depot lol. I like to check the items I'm looking for ahead of coming and check if they are in stock before I arrive.”

“I bought a fridge from JC HomeDepot after my awful experience with JC Lowes on Route 440. I paid more than Lowes for the same fridge but my experience with HomeDepot was way better. I would buy again from JC HomeDepot. I did call about my order multiple times because of my terrible experience with the JC Lowes. But, if I didn't, I would definitely be confident with HomeDepot. They sent me notifications about my order the week it was expected to be delivered even before I inquired about my fridge. My fridge was a special order item and I still go it on the date expected. If you want to know my experience with the JC Lowes check out my detailed 1 star review on google maps for JC Lowes on Route 440. Thank you HomeDepot although the Fridge I wanted cost a few hundred dollars more, I did like the experience I had with HomeDepot. HomeDepot gets 4 stars because I had to go searching for their appliance person(Paola) and she had an attitude like I was disturbing her when she wasn't doing anything at the time, but other then that experience with the appliance person, everything else was good with HomeDepot itself.”

“Visited Lowe’s today and recently a month ago and Vivian (the Jamaican guy) is the most helpful, the kindest, and super helpful! The other associates saw me struggling but Vivian saw me leaving the garden center with heavy pebble bags and immediately helped me. Helped me at the register. Also loaded the bags in my car since they were heavy. Vivian is the BEST!!! I appreciate him so much. “I walked in to this Home Depot looking at counter tops, cabinetry, and other items and happened to be greeted by an associate (Kay) in the customized cabinet section. She gave me a thorough walk through on cabinetry, hardware, different types, sizes, and finishes. She was also able to give recommendations on counter tops based on different finishes and prices differential.I really appreciated her level of attention and her ability to really connect with me as the consumer to find out my wants/needs and educate me.I now know a lot of things more than before I walked into the location and as I’ll be working on my kitchen soon, I’ll be sure to come back to my local HD here for my needs.”

“My elderly mom and I were looking for flooring on a Tuesday night. Unlike the forest Ave location, none of the tiles were on display and worse there was not one person to help us except for one guy who was clearly busy loading items and operating a forklift. In my desperation I bothered him and he was nice enough To stop what he was doing. He also couldn't find what we're looking for but when others who would just say " We're out" he asked for a sku number. Turns out they had it but it was in a palette all the way to top. He grabbed his forklift and brought it down for us. Best of all, the item was discontinued and on clearance. Another lady came to help . They were both very nice. Ron and Lizette, you have restored my faith in what good customer service should be. Many workers and store managers have forgotten what that is”
