Store has 2 registers and only 1 works, long line waiting. When i complained then they were able to open the other register.

One of the employees at this store location needs a serious retraining in customer service. I walked in the first hour they opened on a Saturday along with my sister, and we were met by the most grim looks I've ever encountered.
My sister was looking to pick-up her order that she placed, and the employee who was there (I didn't get her name, but she was of larger stature with lighter-blonde clearly bleached hair), just seemed so miserable and unhappy with her life. She was sighing, rolling her eyes at us, when we simply just wanted to pick up our order that was placed online. When she handed us our online order, we noticed that it was defective, and pointed it out to her, wondering if we could exchange it for another of the same item. She continued to sigh and roll her eyes at us, clearly because she did not want to put the effort in to grab another of the item, that was on a higher shelf. A transaction that could have been so easy, was so unpleasant just because this woman hates her job. Whoever this woman is, please get a new job.

Great site to find alternative clothing. The guys who work there are very friendly. They helped me after Black Friday when a blanket I bought had a tag left on it and the alarms went off. I highly recommend this store if you like clothing with Japanese motifs.

Too top store. I buy 6 t-shirts for my daughters in the buy two get one promotion. There are many good quality t-shirts from bands that we don't find in Brazil
