This location is about half an hour from where I live so it’s convenient if I need to stop by to get something. I was just here today to return something and the agent assisting me was very pleasant and helpful. On the way out I always get some soft ice cream to get rid of the small headache I get from being inside a stuffy warehouse.

Staff is knowledgeable, i shop here often and most times I find what I need in stock. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. The down side of ikea is the stupid carts with 4 rotating wheels. They are difficult to maneuver when loaded with boxes

They have renovated restaurant area with new sitting, plus a small cafe on the site for a quick pick. Pure joy to browse the showrooms for my kid

ITS AN IMPOSSIBLE MAZE !! do you know how hard it is to get out of this place ? terribly designed, it took us like 35 mins just to get to the exit . Like why is there only ONE singular exit, why can’t u exit by the entrance. It makes no sense to have to walk through all 26 sections. God forbid if you have to use the bathroom or somewhere else to go. AND THEN THE EXIT LEAVES YOU BEHIND THE BUILDING NOT BY THE PARKING. my first and last time. Order online or pick up from brooklyn bc this was terrible . 0/10 if i could give it 0 stars i would yo

Many staff have bad attitudes also many of them look like they have no idea what they are doing .
The Click & Collet department is a nightmare. I waited for a sofa for an hour maybe more and had no choice but to cancel it and get a refund, guess what, the guy responsible there didn’t even care . . How long it should take a someone to pick something from the shelves.
I don’t recommend this location at all.
I always go to Ikea in Brooklyn, this time i made a terrible mistake.

Unbelievable. I waited for 25 minutes in line only to later realize that there were two lines at the restaurant. I needed to be somewhere, and if only they put up a damn sign or something to show people that both sides of the ordering area are identical, there wouldn't be one giant unnecessarily long line on one side. Waiting 25 minutes for "fast food" is just wrong, waiting for no good reason but bad communication, that's even worse. At least the lady who had worked there for over 20 years has been trying to tell management about this but they still haven't done anything after a decade. I don't think they really care.

Don't eat here; get food before you come.
The cafeteria is worse than all the other IKEAs. You stand in line for an hour, watching employees move at the slowest pace humanly possible, just for them to tell you when it's your turn that they're out of the only things you can actually eat. Horrific customer experience.
