I have been waiting for 3 months for my package to arrive in Ecuador. I sent it in November and they do not answer me and they evade my calls. I have to change my number to get answers and they always tell me the same thing, that it does not depend on them, and my package still has not left customs, but they do not solve anything I cannot go every moment because I am pregnant, !!!! I need an answer!!!!! Totally bad service, I do not recommend them.
