“Today I visited here for a new balance of 9060 white which is very hard to find and they didn't have the size I looked for but Winston helped me to find it by checking other location and finally we found two of it, Winston was kind enough to call the location and reserve the shoes for me and I ended up buying the shoes. I wish there were more employees like him doing the job with enthusiasm!

“This Banana Republic store is pretty big, very clean and organized. They got a large collection of both men and women clothing. Over the time Banana Republic’s fashion and design have diverged from my liking. I didn’t find anything worth buying. But some of the items had good price and discounts. There were multiple associates in the store, all were friendly and helpful.”

Management should enforce a uniform like policy...I'm seeing different brands being worn by all three of the cashiers....they are all professional and friendly...BUT of the hoodies brandishes the word HEN with a NY symbol....I pray it's not for Hennesy...which I drink once in a while BUT is not cool AT ALL for the Gap. “I’ve been going to this mall for many years. Typical Jersey mall with Jersey people. Some consider us rude, but others that know better know that we’re just no nonsense, direct people. That goes for the staff of the most of the stores as well. However, the customer service that I received in Nautica was by far some of the best I’ve experienced in any retail clothing store in NJ. All of the employees were friendly, even though the store was busy. The store manager, Saira, wasn’t delegating to her employees like you see in so many other stores. She was out greeting customers, folding clothes, and assisting with a big smile on her face. She asked me multiple times if I needed help, and even decided to discount some of my clothes that I was purchasing because of a sale that just lapsed. It’s customer service like this that sets certain stores apart from the rest. Not to mention, I’ve been wearing Nautica clothing since the 90s. For a great clothing line, exceptional customer service and notable price breaks, Nautica in Jersey Gardens is the spot. Five stars.”
“They have a nice selection of shoes, some are a little pricey. One thing I can tell you is check where the shoe is made, you can tell the difference when is made in Europe (good shoes and leather) and when they are made in china( usable but not great).”
“Definitely one of my new favorite stores. Just found out about this brand honestly. The selection is top notch: from jackets, shoes, shirts, polos, watches, purses, and much more. Don't forget, all of this material is affordable. But they don't cut fashionable just because it's affordable. Not many companies can say that. There are a few of these stores throughout the ny/NJ area. I have now been to every location within those areas. Staff is friendly, and knowledgeable. Store is always well kept. “The store does the job but bad customer service. I don’t think however it is an outlet with deals but most prices are 40-60% if compared to Europe/Sweden.
It is impossible however that the store is “racist” since the staff is the most diverse I have ever seen. Customer service however is generally bad but I don’t know if the staff is underpaid and overworked, it seems so.
I would like to highlight that one young fellow with glasses and a woman called Tasha (I think) were very hospitable.
But don’t expect smiles and sunshine if you come here, but the store is nice and organised and nothing wrong with the clothes I purchased.”
