Metrofuser proved extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. You can reach real persons on the phone who care about their work and their customers. I had some difficulty with a replacement fuser, and Mark from support spent all the time I needed to figure things out. In the end, I needed a replacement part which arrived the next day (a Saturday!). After installing the maintenance kit, the printer is as good as new again. This is how you build loyalty!
