I wanted to switch to a different device. When I wasn't able to with customer service online and by phone, they told me to go to a local store. This is the store closest to me and they told me they would have to charge me $27 to switch my devices. Why am I being charged to switch devices when that's supposed to be free? Everything with metropcs is a headache and that's why I'm leaving.

I try calling several times nobody ever answers their phones there, people have quick questions so that they won't waste time going to the actual store. & We have lives & work also please start answering your phone it would help allot of people!!

I can understand what is the date Metro which is located here in Elizabeth N J located at 570 North broad I asked a certain phone which by the manager I was told that the A 53 it's no longer stop I was told that it was old but I did more investigation and found out that it is not but they was willing to sell me about $400 one now I'm beginning to understand why every time you look around they have new managers for new people working there because of the lies and how they do customers that comes here

Scam artist. I asked for a family plan and to have it tied to my phone. They told me they couldn't but a separate line would be the same as my $40 plan so I agreed. A month later my bill is $140 and when I called metro directly they told that the line can be in fact connected to mine. They also told me they put me on a $90 plan which also included a wifi service with an HD TV box which they asked if I had. I told them they never gave me that equipment nor did I agree to it. They said it showed it was being used which led me to believe the customer service representative kept it for themselves. Luckily metro was able to fix the problem and combine it with the plan I asked for. This phone was for my 5yr old child. How the hell are you going to lie to people and use them? I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Complete liars and thieves. They get a 0 from me. Don't waste your time here.

It is currently 7:12 pm website says this location closes at 8 pm. Doors are locked and the employees looked at me like I had 2 heads when I tried to open the door. All I wanted was to pay my disabled mom’s bill. Smh.
