I WAS a Metro user for years. I changed my address and went to this place because it was the closest. Ariana assisted me efficiently and very pleasantly and I asked her for information to activate and transfer to a new phone and I agreed to return. Once I received it I went to the store again but, unfortunately, she was not there. I was served by a thick woman who was very unpleasant to deal with, I don't know her name. In a derogatory and arrogant manner, she told me that she did not serve older adults because they always forget everything and that I had to do the transfer of information myself, always in an aggressive and mocking tone. Will this woman never age? You don't have parents or grandparents? Don't you think I can sue her for discrimination and maybe I will?
That being the case, I left Metro and went to another company where they treated me as it should be, kind, respectful and considerate. The same goes for my family who also left Metro.

They are very rude I don’t know if it’s the owner or manager but regardless they don’t have very good customer service skills both times I went in I didn’t feel welcome

There was 2 workers there,the guy was knowledgeable but his cologne was wayyyyy to strong,the lady worker wasn't really knowledgeable at all so I had to wait a long time for the other guy to finish with his customer,if workers are behind the counter they should be able to help a customer out with any situation and if they can't they shouldn't be working....
