Horrible customer service!!!! If I could give it zero stars I would!!! I went in for an inspection half way through the process they stated their PC is not working…. I come back the next day they fail my inspection and still charged me $85!!!! It’s $85 fail or pass and they do not notify you about it they only have a sign that I saw after the fact they charged me!! No engine light on dash I inserted a new battery so the reader wasn’t ready yet they failed me!!! Stay away!!! Far away!!!

Came for an inspection. They were quick and even put on my new license plates.
Update 10/2025. I went on vacation and my car was idle for 2 weeks. I noticed a delayed start. After about 4 days of this i took it to Mo's. I figured it was the battery and it was. Initially, they said it works be about 2 hours because the battery got my vehicle was not in shop. They were finished before 2 hours. Oh they also offer coffee/tea while you wait. I needed the tea on this chilly morning.

Needed to have my NJS Inspection on my vehicle, looked for the nearest one in neighborhood and Mo’s Auto Repair popped up. I called and a 1PM slot was open, got there and was greeted by Mo and felt like I had been a regular customer for years. Was taken to the office and greeted by a nice receptionist, waited, and soon after that paid and was on my way. Great customer service,
would recommend to others.

I took my car here, because I didn't want to take the tint off my windshield. Janet was very polite over the phone and in person. I did not have to wait, and they finished the job in under 10 minutes. It wasn't expensive, but it was a little higher than a few other places that I called. However, I'm happy with the service that I have received.

I broke down in Elizabeth with a brake caliper problem. I called Mo and he took me right in. He diagnosed the problem and got me the fixed up fast and I was on my way. Great Price, great service, great staff and a great guy!

Took my pick-up truck today for an inspection and the experience was AMAZING! They educated me on what may have caused my failed inspections in the past and were very hospitable. EVERYONE, and I mean EVERYONE that worked here was extremely cool, offered coffee/water and also candy!
The inspection went very well and took about 10 mins to complete. If you are thinking about going here, do it!!!

Mo is a very very honest guy!! He has over 40 years experience. I have never came across anyone, especially a mechanic. That would be honest with me. If he can fix it he will. And if he can't, he'll let you know what you should do. I drive 45 minutes from Northern Jersey to get to him. I will definitely come back to him with my other vehicles and with inspections going forward. Everyone offered us coffee while we wait so I believe their coffee must be really good! Updated today Right before Thanksgiving! Thankfully my vehicle pass inspection!! Woohoo!! Thanks you Mo!!

Majorly impressed with this organization through and through. Great mechanics backed by a professional administration. They always answer the phone and deliver with all agreed talks.
