The pictures they show are nowhere close to what they actually look like. No hot water, broken sink, no microwave, no refrigerator

I want a refund I told them. The upstairs neighbors where up and the room was dirty. Front desk were rude. It does. Ot look like the picture parking lot was full dirty as well. They were letting people pay by hour to sleep there. Won't be staying there no more.
