The worst store i have ever seen. They hidden the watches when you try to get the good deals. Bad manager bad employers bad store .over all don't try to buy from there you can't get your money back or exchange the watch for the item you want . I felt like i was stolen. Bad bad bad terrible rude service. I wish that i can give them Zero stare but i don't have this option.

I purchased 2 Coach watches from the Movado Company Store on 10/14/2022, same style - Coach Grand Womens Watch, 36MM - one in silver and on in rose gold color. They, of course, came in 2 seperate watch boxes. I opened the rose gold one first and peeled all the cellophane/protective plastic off of it, along with the name/model marker that is attached by a piece of string to the watch band.When I opened the second one - the silver - there was no protective plastic on it at all, and the name marker, instead of being threaded on the band, was just haphazardly thrown in the box.I realized right away that the silver one was not new, and had been returned to the store, as it did not have any of the protective plastic, etc., that the rose gold one did. I sent the company an email stating that I ordered a new watch, not a returned/used one. The reply email I received stated I would have to contact another department and return the item exactly as received (at my expense) to that department for a refund.I did not want to go through all that trouble, since the silver returned watch should never have been sent to me as being a new watch. It should have been sold as a returned/refurbished item at a discounted price. I was charged the same price for both watches, no discount for the used watch. I am not happy at all about the response I received from the company. Since it was not my fault that the silver watch was used, I would have expected the company to offer a prepaid label so that the watch could be exchanged for a new one. The watches were not cheap and if this is how they treat customers, I will not be ordering from them again.
