I have been going here for years... But this has been happening to me several times, so I have to give a review so others will BE AWARE. Pretty much the job is a hit or a missed. And the top issue, is that both of you agreed on the pick-up time (more than a week), but when you get there on the pick-up time. It's either not yet finished, or they haven't even started it yet. They want you to come back several hours later or the next day. I know they are busy, but that's no excuse. They don't understand that parking there is so hard on a busy street, and you drove so far. No consideration. They should not commit to an agreement if they can't execute. They don't even call that its not yet finished or say sorry. So I guess it is best if you call before going there. So your time is not wasted, and your blood pressure doesn't go up. And if you have a wedding or an important event, do the pickup a week before ???

I only called to check the prices of the alterations since I couldn't go because I work and I wanted to send the things to a family member, but if the customer service on the phone is so bad, I can't imagine being in person, because what they did was yell at me and they wouldn't let me know. They gave an approximate value.

After purchasing a dress from house of CB, I discovered that the sizes were in UK measurements, making it two sizes too small. I was eager to wear the dress for an upcoming event, so I brought it here and they measured me and determined that a panel would need to be added in order to make it fit. I am incredibly thankful for their quick response and exceptional work on altering the dress. As the fabric from house of CB is rare, the lady had to carefully select a similar fabric that seamlessly matched the original material. The end result was so well done that you couldn't even tell the added panel was not originally part of the dress. I want to express my utmost gratitude to these talented ladies for their efficient and courteous service, ensuring that the dress fits me perfectly.
