Most of the staff are not very knowledgable. Of the half dozen or so times I've been here, three times I was told the item I was looking for was out of stock, only to find that the item was actually there once I went on my phone and figured out which aisle it was in. In one case I took out my phone and showed the employee that the item was located in aisle "BW." She didn't know what that meant. After going to another employee at customer service, I was told it stood for "Back Wall." Unbelievable.

It's a typical Home Depot. They seemed a bit short staffed so, I just googled for reviews on products that I could select from. I didn't see staff roaming but, we know how corporate tries to save money. Could've gone to the customer service desk for assistance but I'm fine with Google.

I really like this little Home Depot. It's close to home and we take frequent trips to pick up last minute items. So far, it hasn't disappointed. They have everything we need and I like it's small size because I don't feel overwhelmed. Regular size parking lot and they are pretty much complete with their outdoor garden section and cut lumber as well. Does the trick.

I went to the location in Elizabeth because I purchased there a bottle of Pequa. The person that helped me told me that I should pour it over the drain and allow it to work for three hours. I followed the directions and the top of my vanity got burned. I spoke to one of the managers at home who's name was Cisco; he was very nice and tried to help me. Then he told me I needed to speak with a manager Jose Martinez; this person couldn't be more rude and with no skills to be a manager. Basically he told me that Home Depot only sells the products and what happens with them is not their problem. When I told him that it was bs because I purchased from Home Depot and followed the instructions from one of his employees he didn't even let me talk anymore; the fact that I said the two letters bs offended him so much that he threaten me to throw me out of the store and prohibited to Cisco to even talk to me any longer; I can't imaging his reaction if I said the complete two words. This manager wants to be treated like a old lady and shouldn't be working in a home improving company. At the end I spoke to a customer service rep Alvaro and regional manager Vinny and they apologized for the situation and helped me to fix my vanity top. Even though I had this experience with rude and unprofessional manager I think Home Depot is the best company to do business with and that most of this employees have a great attitude toward customers.

Small and very overloaded.. Dunno how you can find a thing in there... Staff was very helpful but you'd want to stay away from here if you are claustrophobic..

This Home Depot never seems to have anything in stock. I live a few blocks from there and I always find myself going to the Linden Home Depot.

The cashier named Melissa (though her apron cutely said "Hi, my name is Mee") had the best customer service I had ever recieved!
