Do not buy a table from here! First of all they try to push you to buy things you don’t need or want but that’s not the main issue. I purchased a table at the end of April and purchased warranty and all. A few months later the table becomes unstable and starts peeling. They tell me they’ll service it the man comes in starts spray painting the table with a strong chemical and screwed something into the table and told me this isn’t normal and if it happens again to ask for a replacement. I called multiple times and spoke with the location and service center and was met with conflicting information and disrespect. I was told they can only service it for me again, I asked how many times does my table need to be serviced for it to be replaced because clearly this is a quality issue? No answer. They then tell me okay well we’ll replace it BUT against your warranty so you’ll lose the warranty you paid for AND you need to pay a delivery fee. So because I was given a low quality product I have to pay a fee and lose money? This place is ridiculous. Don’t waste your money here.

I paid $700 for a table that I bought warranty with. And they refuse to replace or at least refund my defective table for me and it hasn’t even been a year! The paint keeps peeling off and it scratches very easily and also the table is very unstable it keeps wobbling, even when adjusting the feet. And I take very good care of my table. Instead of resolving the problem, they keep sending someone to fix it. Only for the same problem to keep happening. The quality of Raymour is horrible quality. I will make sure to never come here again

We were shopping for a mattress. Our Salesperson Duvall was so knowledgeable and super nice. Found a good quality mattress very quickly. Very happy with the experience!

My husband and I recently moved to New Jersey and decided to shop at this location to furnish our new home. Upon walking in, there were 3 sales guys in the front of the store of which neither approached nor greeted us. We proceeded to tryout and take pictures of a dining room set, 2 bedroom sets, and a living room set that we wanted to purchase. After identifying all the items we wanted to purchase, we noticed an entire hour had passed with no salesperson even approaching us while there were many walking around. Once we decided to leave, a salesperson approached us on the way out. There were definitely not a shortage of sales people there as it was not busy but a shortage of customer service. My husband and I walked out there wanting to furnish our entire home but instead chose to take our business elsewhere because of the poor customer service.

Mr. Romero was the best Sales Person to date! He was like your best friend! He would listen to you and try to select the right furniture pieces. His sections were excellent choices! He was very professional, funny, and just a good person. Look him up when you go to the Elizabeth location. I purchased a bedroom set, living room set, dining set, and a few other pieces in a short period of time. I even switched some of the pieces. I shopped online and had many of these pieces selected in my cart, but Mr. Romero didn't know this. He is amazing! He is now a part of my family! No hassles, just collaboration throughout the entire process.

Hector Laboy Colon was so amazing. He opened the doors 5 minutes before the store closes and had amazing customer care and service for an hour and half after closing. He was one of the best managers we have ever met being both comprehensive and professional. I highly recommend asking for Hector and look forward to continuing working with him while furnishing our home. Thank you so much Hector we are so incredibly grateful.

Raymour & Flanigan is a great place to buy affordable furniture with a wide selection and professional service. I also appreciated the professional service of the sales associates. They were knowledgeable and helpful, and they took the time to understand my needs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new furniture.

Hector Laboy, in Elizabeth, NJ location, was an amazing sales associate. He really took his time and had thorough knowledge of the manufacturing of the mattresses. I been having a lot of difficulty finding the proper bed for my issues with upper and lower back pain. I was not rushed and he showed all options I could have based on my sleeping needs. Hector also showed me the proper way of sleeping with my pillow. I definitely recommend anyone to seek assistance from Hector. The showroom had a huge selection. I even bought a couch :) and Hector also helped me pick the right one for my small living space.

Nazir was the best! Very attentive and friendly and a “no pressure” attitude.He was able to easily answer all our questions and help us find the perfect furniture for our son’s bedroom.We had only planned to “look around” but Nazir was just so kind and helpful and genuine we ended up purchasing an entire bedroom set before we left the store. I would highly recommend seeing him for all your furniture needs. Google only lets us give him 5 gold stars but we really give him 10!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The showroom had a good selection and for once, the salesperson wasn’t all over us every couple of minutes! Luz was friendly, knowledgeable, and around when we needed questions answered, but she was not invasive and didn’t use high pressure sales tactics. She gave us time to look and talk without being all over us. Most furniture stores makes you feel like you are under surveillance. Thankfully, this one didn’t and we ended up buying a sofa and loveseat from her.

I bought a table and four chairs. When I assembled the chair, I noticed that the cushion of the chair was not normal, that the cushion of the chair was not resilient, and that it was already sitting as if it had been used for a long time. Three out of four had problems. I raised a problem with the customer center, and a few days later, the staff visited my house and confirmed it. The staff also confirmed the problem and said they would receive a call from the customer center on Monday, two days later. However, they was no contact after a few days, and when I contacted them, the staff reported that there was no problem. And the staff said there was no problem, so they can't be helped.All I was told was to resubmit the question if you had any complaints. I just assembled a new one without using a chair. Do I have to fight them from scratch again for a few days to solve this problem? They're acting without conscience with my chair for $800.Why did the staff make a false report and the customer center not try to solve this problem? They are only kind until they are irresponsible about their products after selling and paying for them. I've never seen such a bad company. I lost $800. They're like crooks who sell things that aren't normal.

The sales associate ran both mine and my girlfriends credit without authorization and then ran to the other side of the store leaving us at the customer service desk to deal with it. She never explained any financing options or whether or not we even wanted to run our credit with the bank we found out after was TD bank. If we would have known we would have simply paid without running our credit (which we did anyways). I called the store the next day because the bank requested that in order to reverse the credit check we needed a credit check reversal letter and the supervisor of the location talked to us like we were d*** and didnt help us. Now we each have hard inquiries on our credit and still made the purchase (which we are thinking about refunding now and going elsewhere for the same mattress).

Alfredo is the salesman who helped us. I have to say, I walked to this place before and I walked out with disappointment. This time, i shopped, paid and walked away with all what I needed with a discount and great help. It really matter when it comes to the sales person. Last time, I believe I met a sales lady who hated her Job and didn’t bother to help. This time Alfredo went above and beyond. I am talking about few thousands dollars order that was done professionally, nicely and made us love the place again. I used toAshley’s customer but because of this great experience, I won’t go anywhere else going forward. Great experience.
